मीलों का ये सफ़र है
तेरे संग जो है तय करना
एक नहीं कई मंज़िलें हैं
तेरे साथ जिनको है पाना
मिलेंगे राहगुज़ार और भी हमें
कुछ मिलनसार कुछ बदमिज़ाज होंगे
कोई उकसायेगा कोई भटकायेगा हमें
जूझेंगे उनसे और हर सितम झेल लेंगे
मुश्किलें भी कई पेश आयेंगी
हालात हमारे ख़िलाफ़ होंगे
कुछ पल को राहें भी जुदा लगेंगी
मगर एक दूसरे को हम सँभाल लेंगे
सात कदम, सात जन्म, सात समंदर
मेरी नज़र में हर दूरी तेरी सोहबत में कम है
तू जहाँ वहीं चैन वहीं सुकून है दिल के अंदर
मोहब्बत और दोस्ती पाने नहीं निभाने का नाम हैतक़दीर
एक दिन तक़दीर रुबरू हुई
पूछने लगी कैसे हैं हाल
जवाब में खुद ही बोली
मैं तुम्हारी हूँ यही है कमाल
फिर बीते कुछ और दिन महीने साल
ज़िंदगी की किताब में बाब जुड़ते गए
होने लगा कुछ और यक़ीन उस मुलाक़ात पे
दौर कुछ और कुछ हसीं कुछ तंग गए
बस वो दिन था और एक आज है
हर गुज़रे पल की एहमियत पहचानते हैं
मिली थी जो उस दिन यकायक हमें
वो तक़दीर तुम हो बस ये जानते हैं
तुम ख़ुश रहो ख़ुशहाल रहो
हर दिन ये दुआ माँगते हैं
तुम्हारी हर ख़ुशी में है हमारी ख़ुशी
